1. You need fancy paper, scissors and double tape/glue
2. Fold the paper neatly into
3. Cut half-way through the folded paper
4. Cut a tiny triangular shape in between(to enhance the gap)
5. Roll and neat them up
6. Attach them
7. Cut a strip of fancy paper
8. Doubled-tape at the end of the paper
9. Attach them to the lantern
10. Attach a card board for the base (if you want to put candles in it)
11. Done!
